Lane Reiss
 October 15, 1945 - May 3, 2005

Those of you who were fortunate enough to hear me play with Lane Reiss know what a great loss Lane's passing is to the music community.  I had been playing with Lane Reiss & Friends for the past year or so.  Lane was an incredible musician whose true passion was the Hammond B3.  I will miss him dearly and hope that he will always be remembered for his love of music and the groove.  My memories of him are only good ones.  There was never a bad day with Lane.  His laugh echoes in my mind.  Rest in peace buddy.
